$5/month covers the platform and every integration. You only pay extra for the AI resources you actually use — most people spend $3-$10/month total. No hidden fees. No contracts.
Every tool — there are no tiers and no premium-only features. All 55+ integrations are unlocked: voice via Gemini Live, Apple HealthKit read/write, AI phone calls (Twilio), browser agent for bookings, smart home (HomeKit + Matter), Spotify, Gmail, Calendar, music recognition, document generation, and more. AI usage (Gemini API, Twilio minutes, ElevenLabs TTS, etc.) is billed separately at cost.
Each AI request costs a tiny amount based on the model and service used. You can see a full breakdown in the companion app under Profile > API Usage. Most people use $3-$10/month in AI resources on top of the $5 platform fee.
Open the companion app, go to your account settings, and tap "Manage Subscription." This opens your Stripe billing portal where you can update your card, download invoices, and manage your payment details.
Your subscription renews monthly on the same date you signed up. Usage charges are calculated at the end of each billing cycle and included in your monthly invoice.
Yes. Stripe supports Apple Pay, Google Pay, and all major credit and debit cards. Choose your preferred method during signup or in your billing portal.
Open the iOS app, go to account settings, and cancel from your Stripe billing portal. You can also email support@thething.ai. Cancellation is immediate — no phone calls, no retention flows.
You keep access until the end of your current billing period. After that, AI features are deactivated. Your account, memories, and preferences are preserved for 30 days in case you reactivate; after 30 days they're permanently deleted.
If you cancel within the first 30 days, we refund your platform fee in full. No questions asked. After that, you can cancel anytime but we don't prorate the current month.
Go to the companion app, tap your profile, and update your email. You'll receive a verification link at the new address. Your subscription and usage history transfer automatically.
Your subscription works on the iOS app on a single primary iPhone. If and when the wearable companion ships, it will pair to your account too.
Go to account settings in the companion app and tap "Delete Account." This permanently removes your account, memories, and all data from our servers. Your local HealthKit and Calendar data remains on your phone.
